Support tickets from the old helpdesk

As you will see we have introduced our new customer support facility. Tickets submitted to the old helpdesk whether closed, in progress, or otherwise are not linked into this new support desk. We have tried to answer all queries fully before transfer, however it may be that you wish to continue with your support request. In this case please re-registar on this site and submit a new support ticket. Apologies for EW4008/4009 product & software problems

We have had a number of problems with the first software release for the EW4008 and EW4009 models. The idea was that we improve and upgrade the software depending on requests from customers. The number of bugs in the software was far more than expected when it was used in the real world and for those who could not use the software we apologise. We have already posted on the main website with the individual products the improved software which has solved many of the issues; this is also now available on this helpdesk along with instructions on installation. We will continue to release improved versions ongoing and will post them on here for free download. Additionally if any developers wish to develop their own versions then please contact us and we will provide the information you need.
We have also had some issues with some products although a small number overall. If anyone has a product that is not performing as it should and has not managed to sort a replacement or refund with the place of purchase then please let us know and we try to help.
